A new webmail interface was put into place on Monday January 27, 2014 for our infoblvd email customers. This only affects customers that log in via webmail to their infoblvd.net email account through our website
https://www.infoblvd.net. To assist with the transition to the new webmail interface we are creating a list of frequently asked questions from our customers. We will keep this list up to date with any new questions we receive. If any of our infoblvd.net email customers are experiencing any issues or have any questions that are not located within the list below, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@ibdesignstudios.com so that we can assist you.
What do all of the icons mean?
If you scroll over each icon with your mouse, a pop up will appear stating what the icon is.
How do you create a new message?
To create a new message click on the icon that looks like a pencil.
How do you reply to a message?
To reply to a message, click on the message you wish to reply to, then click on the envelope with the arrow that points to the left. It is the icon located next to the pencil/create new message icon.
How do you delete messages?
To delete a message, click on the message you wish to delete and click on the trashcan to delete the message.
How do you forward a message?
To forward a message, click on the message you wish to forward then click on the fifth icon over (the envelope with the arrow pointing to the right).
How do you empty folders?
To empty a folder, for example the spam folder, right click on the folder and choose "empty".
How do you stop the messages from automatically displaying/loading within the message pane at the bottom?
If you do not want the messages to display in the panel below automatically, on the top right, click on the gear (settings), on the left, click on "mailbox view", and switch "show preview pane" to "None" and click save.
How do I change my password?
On the top right side, click on the gear (settings) then on the left side click on "Change Password". Please note the password rules.
How do I log out?
On the top right side, next to the gear (settings) is the log out button.
How do I move a message from the spam folder to the inbox?
To move a message from the spam folder to the inbox, go to your spam folder, right click on the message you want to move, and choose move to inbox from the drop down list.
How do I white list an email address or domain name?
To white list an email address, copy the email address you wish to white list, go to settings (gear on the top right side), click on "Allow/Deny list" on the left side, enter or paste the email address or domain name you wish to white list within the box that states "Enter Sender or Domain" and click "allow".
How do I black list a domain name or email address?
To black list an email address or domain, copy the email address you wish to black list, go to settings (gear on the top right side), click on "Allow/Deny list" on the left side, enter or paste the email address or domain name you wish to black list within the box that states "Enter Sender or Domain" and click "deny".
